Abstract

The objective of this study were: 1) to study Job Performance Efficiency in accordance with IddhipadaDhamma of Metropolitan Electricity Authority Personnel Wat Liap, Bangkok, 2) to compare Job Performance Efficiency in accordance with IddhipadaDhamma of Metropolitan Electricity Authority Personnel Wat Liap, Bangkok, classified by personal factors 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions to Job Performance Efficiency in accordance with IddhipadaDhamma of Metropolitan Electricity Authority Personnel. The research methodology was the mixed research method between the quantitative research by using the survey research from the 131 Metropolitan Electricity Authority Personnel Wat liap, Bangkok with reliability test at 0.901. The tool for data collection was the questionnaires with reliability test at 0.901. The data analysis was the ready program for the research of social sciences. The data analysis was by frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation; SD, t-test and F-test by one way analysis of variance; ANOVA, and test the differences of the average pairing with the Least Significant Difference: LSD. The quantitative research was in-depth interview from key informants and used the content analysis technique.

The Findings of this research as follows :

1. The opinions to Job Performance Efficiency in accordance with Iddhipada Dhamma of Metropolitan Electricity Authority Personnel Wat Liap, Bangkok, in overall, was at the high level (=3.62). When considered in each aspect, found that it was at the high level for all aspects such as chanda  or the will (=3.67), viriya or the effort (= 3.66), citta or the thoughtfulness(=3.57), and vimamsa or the investigation(=3.56)

2.  The findings of comparative analysis the opinions of Job Performance Efficiency in accordance with IddhipadaDhamma of Metropolitan Electricity Authority Personnel Wat Liap, Bangkok, classified by personal factors. It found that the people who had the different gender, age, work experience, career and income per month, they had the opinions to Job Performance Efficiency in accordance with IddhipadaDhamma of Metropolitan Electricity Authority Personnel Wat Liap, Bangkok, differently as the significantly statistics at 0.01, and the people who had the different status like education, they had the opinions differently as the significantly statistics at 0.05. It accepted the set hypothesis.

3. The problems and obstacles about Job Performance Efficiency   in accordance with IddhipadaDhamma of Metropolitan Electricity Authority Personnel Wat Liap, Bangkok, found that the environment is not good form working such as car parking lot was not sufficient, working atmosphere was not proper, personnel lacked of mental encouragement and working motivation, low working enthusiasm, working was not reaching the objectives, sometimes had the wrong working due to doing before thinking because of carelessness.

Suggestions about Job Performance Efficiency in accordance with Iddhipada Dhamma of Metropolitan Electricity Authority Personnel Wat Liap, Bangkok, should improve the suitable environment for working, create the motivation to workers such as giving the award to industrial workers for more working hard , keep in touch with the work from the assignment, and should always think before doing for less mistake in the work .
